I am Caroline, a 24-year-old food lover turned restaurant journalist turned personal chef, and these are my bites! 

I am a New Orleanian passionate about cooking and storytelling, and after a year in the virtual newsroom, I decided to fuse my loves and create this brand. 

Caroline's Bites is centered around the joy of food. Food represents, fuels, and brings us together, and I celebrate this inseparability by creating dishes made with healthy ingredients to continue this bond with passion.
